A moment suspended in time
The place was fantastic, a place overflowing with charm and comfort. Alexandre and his wife are great, they welcome you in a little cocoon and give you a thousand tips from their long experience in Fes

Wonderful stay - when I come back to Fes I will 100% stay here
Yasmine is an excellent host and makes you feel very welcome. We spent an evening reading on the roof terrace with a stunning view of El Bali

- • The air con in the room was broken. It was pumping out hot air - not a deal breaker but would have been nice to have been cooler
Couldn't have been nicer
The best and most beautiful Riad we stayed at in our 11 nights in Morocco. The courtyard was so serene. The Riad was curated with beautiful historical Moroccan art pieces. The rooms were lovely with every detail covered. The owners Alec and Jasmine couldn't have provided better customer service and their staff was incredibly responsive. If only I could rate it 6 stars!

- • Like many Riads there are a lot of stairs. My friend really appreciated that they gave her a ground floor room and they offered us breakfast in the ground floor library so that she didn't have to climb the stairs to the restaurant
Exceptional stay!
Very beautiful Riad just a few steps from the taxi station. The place is simply magnificent, the decoration is neat and warm. You feel like in a family home. Yasmine and Alexandre are very welcoming hosts and all the staff takes great care of their guests. The very well-appointed terrace offers an incredible view of the medina. In the room, a snack awaited us as well as a little surprise :) Excellent breakfast, varied and very high quality. We also chose to have dinner on-site and it was very good

My favourite Riad of all my stays, Riad Le Calife is something special
I loved Riad Le Calife so much I didn’t bother leaving the property, just enjoyed relaxation on their rooftop terrace, enjoying mint tea and incredible views. The Riad itself, incredible beauty and detail to the premises, such class and style, loved The Bar room, enjoyed a nice breakfast each morning, the courtyard enjoys a nice aroma of orange blossom with the trees, I had dinner here as well and it was one of my best meals, and not over portioned as the three course dinner. The hosts, Yasmine and Alex are just wonderful. Great communication, helpful assistance to your transportation or other needs, warm and inviting. My favourite Riad of all my seats during my trip to Morocco, and all of them were wonderful so that’s saying something

This is an exceptional Riad in every possible way. Beautiful palatial-like rooms with the Riad common areas themselves being a feature of the stay - laced with artifacts and talking pieces. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay, so kind and helpful, and we had an incredible welcome from Alex who was passionate about ensuring we enjoyed our time in Fes. Great breakfast too. This Riad was the highlight of our time in Fes - this is the only place we would stay next time in Fes!

- • To be honest, we fully enjoyed our stay. I would have liked to have msemen for breakfast, it's my personal little ritual...
