- • I asked for a quiet room because it was the night before my wedding and I wanted to sleep early and rest. But the music outside was unbearable until 1 am!!!! And they had nothing to do about it. My complaint isn't about the music, it's about the fact that nobody informed me there would be loud music and I would be disturbed even though I made sure to ask for a quiet room 3 times before checking in.
