- • Ordered 2 beds, but got a sofa bed that was a nightmare to sleep on... almost better to sleep on the floor!

This self-serviced apartment was in a great location, clean, with great facilities, and a comfortable bed. Self-check-in worked well. Room size was good.

- • Impractical check-in because the apartment was located in another building, not the one used for check-in, and this is not made sufficiently clear.

Quiet apartment, cozy bed, a bit lacking storage space for suitcases, etc.
The bed was very comfortable. Check-in/out is very uncomplicated and possible at the terminal.

- • We would have been very happy with a smart TV, during a very rainy weekend in Oslo. And more storage space for suitcases, etc. would be good.
Perfect location in Frogner
The location was perfect for celebrating May 17th in the city. Short walking distance to almost everything. Quiet area. Well-equipped apartment with everything you need. Comfortable bed.

- • We arrived early on the check-in day (at 9 am) and wanted to store our luggage. No one answered the phone or doorbell until 2 hours later(!). Fortunately, we were able to check in early. There should have been luggage storage both at the National Theatre and in Skovveien.
