- • You couldn't chill with your family in the lobby in the evening with a drink. There was a bar on the 12th floor but that was only for 18+

- • room service. 2 hrs is too long to wait. Only one disability toilet in the whole hotel. we stayed for 10 nights & our sheets didn't get changed once
