And yet we are not difficult but: 45 minutes wait at check-in... pizza crust in our room upon arrival... aging room. expensive rooms and large sums demanded for my sons to play tennis, everything is paid... tiny beach, not very pleasant staff... we came from a 5-star in the center and I can say that this one does not deserve them, we really saw the difference this one is so big that it becomes average in service

- • No Wi-Fi connection in the room; swimming pools mainly catered for children as not deep. Yes, there was an Olympic swimming pool but people were doing laps - there was one lane not used for this but what fun is there in just being confined to one lane?
