The staff and doormen were excellent. For example, a staff member escorted me across the street to use an ATM safely. The breakfast was excellent with many choices and eggs made to order. The location is great in the central area with easy access to the waterfront as well.

Great location in the centre, comfortable quiet cool room. The staff are super great. Shout out to the guy in the ground floor cafe and the bar man in the 1st floor bar. Great people.

Everything was old and outdated. Pillows and bed quality was very poor. No mattress covers, sheets failed to cover mattress so you end up sleeping directly on filthy mattress. AC set to only run for a maximum so it turns off while sleeping, and you have to turn it on again 5 times per night. Very low level clientele staying at hotel. Would not return.

Endless views!!!!!!
I had an amazing room 1603 with the best views of the mountain and city from both angles. The bed was nice and big and very comfortable. I was not too impressed with the shower, I had to hold it in my hand while showering.
