Actually I never stayed there, booking.com switched the day on me, it was supposed to be February 14 not the 15. I had already made reservations for the 15th in West Palm Beach on the 15th, why would I make one in Melbourne for the same time. When I booked my reservation it was for the 14th and they had one left and I had trouble with the first credit card and by the time I put in another one and paid, they switched the day. I very quickly realized the mistake and called booking.com and the hotel but to no avail. I liked nothing

- • The attitude and quality of the staff are very poor. I booked the hotel well in advance, specifically requesting a quiet room. As a result, I was assigned a room on the first floor facing the activity room, and there was a group of dozens of students having activities in the hotel. I requested a quieter room from the hotel, but was rudely refused. This seriously affected my rest.
The week spent in Palm Bay was lovely.
The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful.

Overpriced. Booking.com didn’t negotiate a very good rate. Construction worker checked in before me with a much better

- • Could use another laundry pair. Someone had left a lot of clothes in the washer and dryer. No one came to get them even after 2 hours. The machines look a little old as well

- • There was no noise insulation with the room next door. It was separated by a door and you could hear everything they were saying as if they were inside our room.
Excellent value for money
The room was spacious for a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 older children. The establishment is new and the air conditioning throughout the hotel is very much appreciated. Similarly, the staff is very attentive and responded to a special request. I would have liked to stay in this hotel longer! The pool was decent, my children enjoyed that it was heated. The hotel's location is very quiet.

- • The breakfast could be more varied, have sausages, waffles... But overall, it's okay, the breakfast room is quite large.
