- • Unenthusiastic receptionist. I went down to provide information for the invoice, the receptionist said I booked through booking.com so I should contact booking.com to get the invoice. Later, someone called me asking if I needed the invoice and then said this morning you confirmed you didn't need the invoice. If I didn't need the invoice, why did I go down to provide information for the invoice.
