Disappointment
Although the location is nice, unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. The indifferent attitude of the staff really saddened us. Being friendly is not really that hard; no one even greeted us except for the doormen. Also, we found the breakfast quite inadequate compared to a 5-star hotel. The hotel overall gave an old vibe. The only positive aspects were the emphasis on cleanliness and the location. It was really sad to have such an experience in the capital city at this price.

The beds were not clean, there was a bloodstain, and the pillows smelled, the bathroom and rooms were very old
