- • There is only one bathroom and very dated. It needs a makeover, especially the shower that only has a handheld nozzle.

- • Bad service for a five-star hotel. Customers had to wait for a very long time to get drinks in the bar. The view from my room (suite) was terrible: a huge roof which looked like a parking, just terrible and this for more than 700 Euro a night. An absolute joke!

- • The reception was wonderful....We have no parking space - literally: you can park around the hotel! At the end of the night at the reception, they informed, 'now we have everything reserved for the restaurant,' 'go to the 1st floor and ask if there is a possibility.' I arrived and literally again: keep passing by throughout the night. But what kind of service is this. A shame of a response. In the bar, more than 20 minutes for the menu to arrive after about 16 hours of waiting! The employee herself apologized but there were no 'reinforcements.' What does a 5* hotel have to offer? Service! Where? By the way, I cannot prove it, but is speaking Portuguese a disadvantage in this hotel? Sad fate of this people who despise their own...Don't forget, they will still run campaigns for the domestic market...I really liked the interior decoration, but what I value in work is the level of service that was a shame. My stay was intended for evaluation for an event that naturally will never happen. As a rule, I do not fill out evaluation questionnaires but I felt unwelcome. In two weeks, I will undoubtedly be back at Octant.
Very comfortable stay
Room with very comfortable bedding. The sea view is a plus and the room is very quiet despite the lively street. Very good service from all the staff. An excellent breakfast.

- • Cleanliness could be better. In a 5* hotel, the carpets were quite dirty and contaminated. The bathroom's sanitary ware control is quite old and not fully functional. After 10 days, I still couldn't figure out which light is controlled by which switch. Lack of a wardrobe for clothes. For a 10-day stay and for two people, this is necessary.
