A fabulous boutique hotel - we loved it!
Favourite hotel during our tour of Japan. Room was beautiful, every thing thought of! Restaurants were amazing for food and service. The staff team were faultless! Truly a fabulous hotel!

awesome relaxing stay.
The breakfast hour from 0730 to 1200 was great for us as it allows us to sleep in. The breakfast is from a menu so our food is always hot and yummy. When we requested for an earlier breakfast as we needed to rush for an early guided tour, not only they agreed, they even delivered the food to our room! The drinks and snacks in the room are free! We were escorted to our room and the staff introduced us to the room etc. WOW! The shower water pressure was really strong and it was very easy to control the heat. The aircon control was easy to use too. The towels were so soft, fluffy and nice smelling. I love their bedroom slippers too - so soft. The staff was very friendly and professional. The housekeeping was awesome too. We have stayed in a number of 5-stars hotel, this surpasses them!

It was a kind and comfortable trip.
It was a good location within 10 minutes of Hakata Station and the airport, and the staff were very friendly. The spacious room and terrace where smoking is allowed were really big advantages. We had no inconvenience and had a good time. Thank you.

- • We went to the jacuzzi on the 4th floor, but the previous user had not drained the water from the tub, so it was a bit uncomfortable. It was a bit disappointing that there were no drinks prepared as promised when we went to the jacuzzi. It seems that more management is needed for jacuzzi use.
