- • Hotel built in luxury, now not well maintained. Paintwork was subpar. Cleaning too. However, clean sheets/towels.

Upon arrival, the staff were welcoming and promptly assisted me to my room on the first level. However, the property did not have ramps, which made it difficult to manage luggage as we had to drag multiple heavy bags up and down small sets of stairs after traveling internationally for nine days. The room itself was very disappointing. The ceilings showed visible mold, the bathroom was unclean with outdated fixtures, a peeling and damaged toilet seat, and a shower that appeared not to have been sanitized in some time. The room also had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the view overlooked a developing area scattered with tools, separated only by a short fence from what seemed to be an abandoned rice field. While the pool outside appeared nice, the overall condition of the facilities made it uninviting. Due to these issues, I had to check out immediately and book last-minute accommodations in Canggu, which was inconvenient as most of my excursions were based in Ubud. This property is in urgent need of renovations, particularly updated bathroom fixtures, furniture, and improved maintenance, to provide guests with a more comfortable and hygienic stay.

- • Bugs in the bed, mold on the bathroom ceiling covered with a rag, anthill in the room, cleanliness negative, bathroom like from the Stone Age. I do not recommend it to anyone, it looks completely different than in the pictures - the pictures are from 20 years ago.
There was a pool, which was nice. The fridge in the room. The price was all right.

- • Especially the exterior of the Resort hasn't been cared for. It was very sad and also disappointed to see how it looks like now.
