- • First of all, the rooms are smoky! We had to change rooms because my daughter started feeling sick from the smoky room! The internet works on and off! The animators are completely unmotivated! They can't even gather children for the show! Many things were not liked.

I like the staff, they were helpful, especially Hala. The location was excellent. The Tourist office 'Book line' is very helpful and makes the tours very smooth.
