- • The Korean style room was old and had multiple issues. The whole room had one small aircon unit at the corner trying to cool the room down. The bathroom door was misaligned and couldn’t open properly once its closed. The bath area had no door and once you take a shower the entire bathroom gets wet so you can’t use the sink or the toilet without getting your feet wet. There’s also a lack of power socket near the bed.

Overall satisfied but there are some disappointing points.
I used CS Hotel for the first time this time, and I had a comfortable stay because the room condition and surroundings were very good. However, there were some disappointing points. The room floor is made of wood and has been there for a long time, so there are many slippery places when wearing indoor slippers, and I almost slipped several times. It seems difficult to cross the room floor, so it would be better to improve the slippers by having grooves or slip prevention function on the bottom. Also, most of the staff members did not greet the guests even when they passed by. I think this aspect needs improvement as it aims to be a top-class hotel.

Great stay near the beach
The whole hotel complex was very cozy and huge, the receptionists were very friendly and always helpful, the bed was very big, as was the whole room, and super comfortable.

- • Some of the furniture and equipment in the bathroom seemed a bit aged, a bit used and could benefit from some upgrades or little renovations. The breakfast was very pricy and our options were pretty scarce already 45 minutes prior to the end of the official end.
