- • The Korean style room was old and had multiple issues. The whole room had one small aircon unit at the corner trying to cool the room down. The bathroom door was misaligned and couldn’t open properly once it's closed. The bath area had no door and once you take a shower the entire bathroom gets wet so you can’t use the sink or the toilet without getting your feet wet. There’s also a lack of power socket near the bed.

Overall satisfied but there are a few disappointing points.
I used CS Hotel for the first time this time, and I had a comfortable stay because the room condition and surrounding environment were very good. However, there were a few disappointing points. The room floor is made of wood and has become old, so there are many slippery spots when wearing indoor slippers, and I almost slipped several times. It seems difficult to change the room floor, so it would be good to improve the slippers by having grooves on the bottom or anti-slip function. Also, most of the staff did not greet guests even when passing by. I think this aspect needs improvement from the perspective of aiming for a luxury hotel.
