- • We ordered a double bed, which was not prepared on the day of arrival. The mattress in the bed was worn out, we left with back pain. There was no hand soap in the bathroom for two days, the room was not cleaned even by a quarter to six in the evening. Untidy, unprepared tables for breakfast. Such flaws are unacceptable in a five-star hotel.
