- • The air conditioning does not work in the room, 28° while it's 10° outside. During check-out, the receptionist wanted to charge me again for the stay even though I had paid everything on booking, her colleague corrected the mistake but still she started talking to me rudely.
Poor air conditioning and a few more things.
The personnel was friendly, the room was tidy, the breakfast was good.

- • I stayed in a non-smoking room on the 11th floor. The air conditioning was very weak there. I set it to 16 degrees and it kept working that way during all three days that I was there. Despite that, the temperature remained at 24-27 degrees! So it was very uncomfortable. I got sweaty almost immediately after I took a shower. Also, I was not provided with a bathrobe for some reason. If it's a five-star hotel, I assume it should be there. In addition, I tried to reach the reception multiple times via the phone, but they did not pick up and never returned my call. Finally, the hotel does not have even basic medicine for the guests (paracetamol!)
