Overall, the hotel is nice, but it is not accessible and convenient for those arriving with luggage. There are many stairs, and to reach the rooms, you need to climb several levels and

- • The food was not as expected, not very tasty, the dining room was crowded and uncomfortable, and the restaurants are very expensive compared to what you get. Also, when I tried to order food from outside, they did not allow me to bring it into the hotel. I have been to many five-star hotels around the world, and I have never encountered such treatment. They stopped me at the entrance despite clarifying that I take full responsibility and it is from a well-known restaurant. A very disappointing and disrespectful experience. Additionally, my bag went missing while I was with the guard, precisely when I was very stressed after check-out. I wasted over an hour waiting, not knowing where the bag was or who took it, until they checked the cameras and managed to locate it. There was a lot of confusion and disorder. In a hotel of this level, I expected more responsibility and a quicker and more efficient solution. A very disappointing experience.

- • One issue I found rather inconvenient was that the property accepts foreign Visa cards, but does not accept cards issued by local/national banks specially when you try to book a room. This was quite inconvenient, and I believe the payment policy should be communicated more clearly to guests in advance.
The reception was great, we received a complimentary room upgrade, 'Mr. Mustafa' was polite, friendly, and provided great service. The cleanliness, facilities including pool, view, beach, and restaurant were all good. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was great.
