Very recent hotel in the pure Dalat style, that is to say, in the French style considering the history of this city. Large because it is divided into 3 zones. To go to the pool, you leave the 1st zone (main hotel) to go to another zone (going up a very quiet street, you feel like you are in the hotel even though you are not). French music constantly playing! Very good breakfast. Very beautiful establishment, very calm.

Flowery hotel in Da Lat
The atmosphere is amazing, like a beautiful French village. The place is so calm. The staff is lovely. The whole team is very helpful. Flowers are everywhere. Special gratitude to Nguyen from the assistant team, she was very kind and gave me a lot of information.

- • The food is good but the breakfast is the same every day and there is no option for halal food. Overall good and clean.

- • Terrible staff, slow. When checking in, they brought out a very bad friend to get information, speaking in a muffled voice, muttering, talking to guests with a smirk while biting their fingers. When I asked a question, they didn't answer and changed the subject. I had to shout and request a different person, then another guy came out and quickly processed my check-in. How can a 5-star hotel hire such a terrible receptionist? Seems like bad attitude and slowness are genetic or something, the whole team is slow and has the same bad attitude. I paid at the hotel and they had already charged my card before, when I asked for a refund, they said it would take 2 months (no resort holds a guest's card for 2 months like this hotel). After that, I emailed to ask about the refund status, but no one replied to my emails. Will I get a refund or lose that money? Seems like bad attitude and slowness are the signature of this 5-star hotel.
