- • Our particular treetop floor was not clean when we first arrived. There was dust under bed etc but the staff immediately took action and got it all cleaned out.

Everything. Such a relaxing enjoyable stay Super villa in a rainforest - first class Restaurant is superb if a little under staffed on the second night as a result of an unexpected issue. But the staff are so pleasant couldn’t be annoyed Pool and sauna are the best
