Furthermore, one of the pillows was in very bad condition and was not clean or properly prepared. The liquid soap
The beds are bunk beds and my son and I are afraid of heights. Therefore, we cannot sleep in this type of bed. We mentioned this during the reservation, but our request was not taken into account. We also asked to change rooms, but once again, no one considered our request. We kindly ask you to find a solution and offer us a room with separate beds and no bunk bed.
