Great location, good rooms
Right next to Sukhumvit station with many shopping malls, food stalls and restaurants nearby. Very spacious rooms and a 24-hour reception.

Always enjoy my stay at SQ Hotel.
Excellent service from the staff. My friend lost her spectacles in the Grab and they were able to coordinate with Grab centre and the Grab driver returned the spectacles to us before we leave.

Location and people were nice, but they speak hardly any English or just don't want to understand you.

- • Hygiene, the room was very dirty, damp and an air conditioner that hardly works. Furthermore, the beds are extremely hard and not clean at all. We asked for cleaning several times, but there is no cleaner, only the next day. Then they said tomorrow we will clean it extra well and then it was dirty again. Blankets with blood stains, hairs, and yellow dirty spots. We stayed there for 3 nights, and never had a clean bed or room. In the bathroom, there were hairs and dirt everywhere at check-in. The toilet was clogged and the air conditioner was extremely humid, the whole room was clammy and humid. After moving to another room, that improved slightly, but the entire air conditioning system is old and needs to be replaced. Also in the new room, hygiene was very poor, again hairs and stains everywhere. Cleaning was no longer possible because there was no cleaning team, so you had to wait until the next day, which actually made no difference.
