- • The door between the bathroom and the living room was difficult to close, and the door to the room with the mini fridge got stuck, which was quite stressful. Although we selected a room with two single beds when booking, we were given a different setup. The front desk said they would ask a staff member to separate the beds, but no one came in the end. We had to spend the night with the beds pushed together, which felt quite cramped for two adults and one child (140 cm). At the very least, it would have been nice to have a sofa in the room.

- • Location is on main road but little far from centre. Also rates of drinks & food items are very high. Breakfast spread is large but shall appreciate if Hotel can make provisions for Vegetarian persons by adding Indian Asian dishes of Idly, Dosa, vada, Paranthas which will make this Hotel more popular. Please also make provision of drinking water dispensers for filling by Guests in addition to 02 glass bottles. This was seen in Hotel Cititel, Georgetown/ Penang gor environmental friendly step.

As usual being my COMPULSORY staycation with my kiddos… especially in lagoon deluxe room with superb pool attach n view…Definitely excellent experience everything was good. Hopefully soon with new refurbished the vibes still great as now
