It's a great spot to go with my son(s) if seeing a concert or the guys for a weekend.

- • You get what you pay for. Some rooms have a private bathroom. I booked late and so had shared bathroom. Not a fan of that, but it is what it is and price is very reasonable for the location. Breakfast isn't served until 9:30 am which is insanely late. Dude serving breakfast (at the bar) is not the friendliest. BUT breakfast was fantastic. We opted to pay for full breakfast and you won't leave hungry if you get the special.
Great location
Great location, you can go to the main attractions of the city on foot, as well as to the union station. Street with many dining options and close to NOFRILLS (supermarket chain with low prices). Total feeling of security in the area. Very good staff service, very helpful people. Luggage storage service. The bar downstairs is well attended (families, couples, tourists) and does not disturb the flow of the hotel, nor sleep (at least in the rooms I stayed in, I stayed on arrival in Toronto and returned for one more day before heading to the airport). We will be back.

- • Non-existent insulation and soundproofing (jazz show and street noises as if you were there)!
The hotel is centrally located. Good jazz nights. The staff is friendly and helps you with everything, even though I didn't speak English, they always treated us well, trying to help us.
