Was not value for money as the restaurant service and food was substandard.

- • The room smelt of raw sewage. When we complained they said they could fix it and clean the room- this never happened. We had nowhere else to stay with a 5-year-old child. They called after 8 pm to say we could change rooms, but our child had already fallen asleep. We paid over $600 a night for a room that smelt like a toilet and felt extremely unhygienic. We all felt sick the next day and drove home as soon as we could. They do not have proper cleaning staff on site, they do not have gym or pool facilities available to guests at all, and toilets in the gym have been closed. We complained to the manager who said he would be able to offer compensation that week, but he never called. We called a number of times and could never reach the Manager.
