Great hotel close to bars and restaurants
The hotel is walking distance to train station . We arrived and were greeted warmly upon arrival and the room was very spacious . The breakfast was lovely where you are able to order French toast , eggs etc . We had some drinks outside as the weather was nice and again these were lovely . There is champagne also which is a nice touch . All staff were very nice and are super relaxed and friendly but special mention to Luke who was lovely and got our coffee machine in room set up for us and was such a nice guy.

- • Charging for bike rental in a 5-star hotel... Not having the room ready at 3:00 p.m. when we arrived. The next day at 2:00 p.m. the room was still not cleaned. The first day the receptionist who attended us when we asked about the city told us that it had changed a lot and had worsened (that should not be said to a couple visiting the city). When we left, they wanted to charge us for breakfast for a day we didn't use. It could be a mistake, but they didn't even apologize. Overall, good, but it seems more like a 4-star hotel than a 5.
