Staff was amazing and respectful also helpful. The hotel is very clean. In the street, there are a lot of food options, convenience stores, walkable streets, and more.

Extremely dirty hotel room, air conditioning didn't work properly. When we got it to work, it generated a terrible sound the entire time. The traffic outside is terrible all day and night. No water pressure in the shower. The bed was terrible. The room is not like in the pictures. Just stay away from this hotel, seriously.

When we were checking in, the receptionist said that we didn't have reservations. She doesn't know how to check or where to check a guest. The manager left early for the day. No greetings or welcome. OMG! The lobby is super dusty and dirty. The breakfast buffet is the same daily. The coffee is not hot enough. Our room smells like urine and no iron/board. Horrible experience.

In terms of price to performance, Metropint is great. However, the bed was too hard for my back, so I checked out after half of the planned month. This was only due to my back and not the hotel's responsibility. The staff is very friendly, the decor is quite dated. Nevertheless, it is cleaned well, and the hotel is well-managed. The staff is well-dressed, the breakfast is decent, and the selection is absolutely okay. Massages and restaurants in the area are very diverse and sufficient if you don't have too high expectations. Although the hotel should be renovated, the staff is diligent and takes good care of everything. The uniforms are well-maintained, the shoes clean. Also, the food is very good, and the value for money is great.
