I'm sorry, but it smelled awful and was very dirty.
The staff at the reception were very polite. The neighborhood was scary and very dirty, there was not a single clean restaurant or cafe to eat, so we had to look for food from the previous night to have something in our apartment.

- • The first apartment we stayed in had a broken door with holes next to the lock, a clogged sink, and the mattress felt like sitting on the floor. Fortunately, we were moved to another room, but the bad smell throughout the area was at a very bad level. The only pleasant thing was the people at the reception.

- • Very basic room, small in size, and the staff were not friendly. No breakfast available.
Great location but there are definitely better hotels in Beijing in this price range
I stayed here for 2 nights with a booked tour and then added an additional 3 nights at the end of my trip as it was easier than changing hotels. The location was fantastic: close to the National Art Museum subway (line 8) and Jinshang Park. Loved the free coffee with freshly ground beans in the morning!

- • The smell of the rooms. Being a non-smoker, I noticed the smell of smoke. Not sure why they have carpet instead of tiles. The carpet has absorbed the smell of years of smoke.
