Had to leave due to noise
We had to leave after one night due to noise. The hotel has a terrace on the fourth floor where they host events with loud, booming music. When we first heard the music, we called the front desk and asked if they knew where it was coming from. The person we spoke with claimed she had no idea and would investigate. A half hour later, she admitted it was coming from an event they were hosting. They couldn't switch our room so we checked out early and went to another hotel. The same person I spoke to on the phone emailed me two days later. She claimed they were going to investigate what went wrong. But I was in Santiago all week. I walked by late on other nights and I heard music once again. This is a regular occurrence.

Faultless service, relaxing ambience, brilliant gym, nothing lacking
I’m writing this for my housekeeper mostly as she spoiled me. She noticed I drank more water than provided so added a few more bottles each day as part of the housekeeping service. On my last night, she organized a Carmenere too. Very kind. The service was faultless throughout though making my week long work stay incredibly comfortable

The staff's attention, the location, and the breakfast met our expectations. However, regarding the cleanliness and the general condition of the rooms, we consider that there are important aspects to improve. Considering the rate paid, we expected a higher level of maintenance and comfort.
