Classy and great location
Classy, grand hotel with high ceilings and beautiful decor. Rooms were spacious and well appointed, with large bathrooms. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and a menu for cooked meals such as eggs, French toast and pancakes. The poolside bar on level 21 had spectacular views of the city, particularly at sunset. The gym was professional class. The staff spoke good English and the concierge went out of their way to be helpful. We received a lovely gift on our last night, as well.

- • The room and the bathroom. Room: Small closet to hang clothes and scarce drawers to store clothes (only 2). Lack of lighting on the counter right where the connections for cell phones and computers are. Extremely dangerous shower room for older people: Only one fixed tap (no handheld shower). There are no handles or supports to grab onto, no non-slip elements on the floor

The best hotel in Santiago. Because of the people who work there and make you feel at home, who solve any issue wonderfully, who are always willing. Truly a pleasure every trip to the W. There is no other option for my trips!!
