Hotel cleanliness. Friendly staff. Nice location and walking distance to French Quarter attractions and restaurants. Public parking across the street. Comfortable bed and pillows. And most importantly, given NOLA, it was quiet for a good night's sleep!

- • Honestly, I was with a female friend and we were both a little scared to venture out at night. I was verbally attacked by an unhoused gentleman who said he heard me talking about him earlier that day. I hadn’t said a word, let alone say anything about him. I think more security would have made me feel a bit more comfortable.
Magic at CHRISTMASTIME! Lovely, year-round!
I don't know what happened with my Christmastime 2025 review, but it never showed up. My husband and I come to New Orleans a lot from The Mississippi Gulf Coast. My husband is a graduate of Brother Martin H.S., and lived in NOLA so we stay for many functions. He surprised me and booked us at The Roosevelt Christmas 2025. When the doors were thrust open, I immediately knew it was going to be quite a magical experience. Coming from New York--Christmas in that city I believed exceptional. Oh contraire...the lobby of this hotel was beyond belief! My compliments to whomever creates the magnificent confection of the Christmas lights!!! The suite in which we stayed was quite sweet in itself! A beautiful LOVELY experience all around!
