- • Access to the building, parking is gloomy and dirty. Cars with loud music, children urinating alone along the walls, access to the closed parking lot out of order for months and littered with trash and mattresses. Inside, very dilapidated, cracked tiled walls and floors. Breakfast consists of a frozen uncooked croissant and a dry madeleine in a paper bag, etc. the list would be too long
