Really quaint hotel.
Self check-in and the room was very comfortable. There were some little cakes and fruit left out in the communal area, which was very nice. Greeted at breakfast by Merron who provided us with a continental breakfast and a breakfast to go for an early trip. Arrowtown was a lovely town and ideal for our trip. The room had a washing machine and dryer.

Nice, thoughtful touches. The heaters were already running in the room when we arrived. Complimentary wine, cheese platter, and afternoon tea. Friendly staff, great location, and breakfast.

So close to Arrowtown and a wonderful stay.
The Hotel is an easy walk from Arrowtown main street. Parking is easy. The room was well-appointed with lovely little extras. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The hosts were friendly, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic room in a great location. The room was spacious with a good layout. Separate area to sit in comfy chairs as well as a dining area. Large bathroom with shower & bath, as well as laundry in a cupboard. Plenty of storage. Comfy large bed with electric blankets. Private outdoor area. Complimentary wine, chocolates & cheese board. Fresh baking each day to help yourself to. Games, movies & books available to borrow. Good continental breakfast provided which included barista coffee. Friendly staff. Short walk to the main street with shops, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay again & recommend.

One of the best hotels on this trip. Convenient location, within a 10-minute walk to Arrow River and Buckingham Street. Smooth check-in, the room is not large but well-equipped with Bluetooth speakers, washing machine, dryer, and a generous breakfast and afternoon tea. The brownies were delicious.

Very quiet and comfortable well-appointed accommodation that we will come back to again and again.
There were so many extras that we really appreciated e.g., the little snacks for afternoon tea, cheeseboard, wine, and chocolates. It was also lovely to have a bath, especially after lots of walking, and great to have washing and drying facilities. After staying in other accommodation that provided full breakfasts (which were always delicious) it was nice to have a simple continental one with great coffee!

The small hotel is well-appointed in a glorious setting.
Breakfast was great, I mentioned I was Gluten-free and there was a GF egg dish, bread, and cereal, in addition to some yogurt, stewed fruits, and savory items. Victoria went above and beyond with home-baked goodies for afternoon tea.
