Super freundliches Personal, großes Zimmer und alles sehr sauber. Wir hatten Halbpension und haben jeden Tag wunderbar gegessen. Die Gegend am Kanal und der Weg in die Stadt oder zur Waterfront waren sehr sicher und schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Muito agradável, gostaríamos de voltar. Será que há a alternativa apartamento self-catering?
O pequeno almoço era razoável. A senhora que tratava da limpeza do nosso piso (Bloco C - 324) é muito simpática e prestável. O ambiente do Bloco C era tranquilo. Gostámos do Canal Cruise, muito conveniente e muito agradável de se fazer.

- • Há 5 sugestões que gostava de fazer relativamente ao quarto (C324) - o chuveiro é muito fraco e sem pressão - o lavatório terá sido pintado e está a descascar, o que não é agradável de ser ver. - o secador de cabelo está ligado directamente à tomada, sem ficha, por baixo do lavatório, o que nos parece perigoso por estar numa zona de águas; sugerimos que seja mudado para a zona de quarto, onde há 2 espelhos e várias tomadas. - na varanda, o travão na calha da persiana está a cair, o que pode tornar-se perigoso. - ainda na varanda, a mesinha está com uma mancha grande que não sai; talvez pintá-la.

- • L'hotel n'est pas situé dans une zone agréable de la ville, il est proche d'une grande route très passante la piscine est minuscule et l'eau était toute trouble donc impraticable les chambres ont besoin d'un rafraichissement, elles sont tristes

- • Der Service am Abend war sehr schlecht im Restaurant. An manchen Tagen mussen wir sehr lange warten um Getränke zu bekommen.
