Beware of Extra Charges! This Hotel Takes Unjustified Safety Deposits
Careful Careful Please protect yourself from cheaters you will be overcharged in this hotel they will take extra charge as safety deposit on your card and will say we will refund this amount to your card after your check out. They will never refund you the Safety deposit. I will fight for my rights and will not leave even one penny with them. They have to refund. I paid 910.53 RMB as security deposit which is not back since I left on 12-Jul-2025.

- • The Hotel is overcharging in the shape of Security deposit. Be Careful ask them before checking in and try to pay them cash and ask cash in refund of Security deposit. Otherwise you will suffer as I am suffering.

- • I had an unpleasant experience with the female staff member from Guest Services who delivered a toothpick to my room. She left before I could finish asking my question.
Excellent stay for (foreign) tourists familiar in China
Clean and comfortable rooms, great beds. Nice coffee shop by the river on the hotel grounds. Quiet green leafy area!

- • It’s a little isolated though in the city center. Better if you speak Chinese, use Didi etc. Takes some time to get somewhere.
