Great stay
Check in very easy, really appreciated the ice-cream while waiting. Enjoyed the pool early in the mornings. Staff friendly and efficient. This review for the 2 times we stayed, 5 days apart. In the first stay the fridge had some problems and was replaced with a new fridge, much appreciated. The room for that stay was good but seemed a little dated. For the 2nd stay we were given a room on a higher floor which was updated. absolutely loved the coffee machine in reception, available any time and also the free drinks in the little fridge next to it.

- • The thing we missed on both stays was the lack of shelving or cupboard space for clothing in the 2 rooms. The only thing we had difficulty with was the walk uphill from Orchard Road or the uphill walk via the York Hotel.

Superb hotel near MRT
Very comfortable beds and an amazing shower. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location, close to the MRT and Orchard Rd. Beautiful pool on the top floor with a view over the city.

Ideal location to visit Singapore
Great welcome from the team. Thank you for the little attentions after our arrival with children in the heat! The rooms are spacious, perfectly equipped. We enjoyed the pool to cool off at the end of the day and the hotel garden which allows you to relax.
