The hotel is stunning, we enjoyed a lot, more accurate maintenance for the rooms and the experience will be perfect.
The hotel is stunning, the views are amazing, excellent food with a variety and abundance, a pool bar open from noon to evening. The staff was lovely and helpful, and the beach and pool were stunning.

- • The rooms are very mediocre, do not provide value for the price, and the cleanliness is not good. We stayed at the hotel for a whole week, the sheets were not changed even once (we asked), the cleaner only made the bed, did not even clean the table we ate takeout on (obviously just wiped it), we used earplugs and covers and she folded them but did not put new ones throughout the week. There are more examples, but the point is made. It's a shame that the room quality and cleanliness do not match the hotel's level.
Paid for a private villa with a pool... not worth 5000 euros for 7 days!!!
The location is perfect, pool, beach views are all nice... tuk-tuk service that takes you around the best :) very nice people, very helpful!!!

- • Room service is very bad, cleaning service people knock on the door all day long even when you have a 'do not disturb' sign on the door... Towels are washed with water only, no soap smell, very bad... food is okay, nothing special...

- • Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. The room we were initially given had a significant mould problem, so we asked to be moved. We were moved three times, but sadly, every room we were given still had a noticeable smell of damp and signs of mould. Having to repeatedly pack up our belongings and move rooms was incredibly inconvenient and stressful, particularly when the underlying issue was never resolved. We expected a clean, safe, and comfortable room, but instead spent a significant part of our stay dealing with this problem. By the time we moved into the third room and were still immediately overwhelmed by the smell of damp, we realized that we were unlikely to find a room without the same issue. At that point, we felt we had no choice but to accept the situation and move on with our stay. What makes this even more disappointing is that, having read other guests' reviews, it appears that we are not the only people to have experienced problems with damp and mould. It is therefore frustrating to see Alkyna's responses attributing the issue to Corfu's humid climate and proximity to the coast. I appreciate that Corfu is a humid, coastal environment, but having stayed in plenty of similarly humid places, I have never experienced three different rooms with the same damp and mould problem. Humidity may be a contributing factor, but it does not explain why guests are repeatedly being given rooms where this is an apparent issue. We believe Alkyna should take responsibility for the condition of its rooms rather than simply attributing the problem to the local climate, and should look seriously at what can be done to address the underlying cause. Guests should be able to expect clean, comfortable, and properly maintained accommodation, regardless of the climate.

Everything was perfect! We had an upgrade of our room as well, which was such a nice surprise, thank you! The people in the hotel were great, drivers, reception, restaurant staff, and cleaning staff as well. Thank you.

Stunning hotel, highly recommend
The location, views, and scenery from the hotel are second to none, absolutely stunning. Perfect location for sunset every night. The staff were unbelievable, couldn't do enough for us, the best staff we've ever had.

- • The double bed was 2 single beds joined together, which I know is the norm in hotels, but it was uncomfortable. The food could definitely be a bit better, the variety wasn't great.
The perfect place to chill and eat a lot of tasty food :D
I liked everything! I especially appreciated the wide variety of choices available for each meal. There were plenty of different options, so it was easy to find something that suited my preferences. The selection was diverse, and I enjoyed having so many choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
