A very pleasant stay in a very beautiful hotel.
Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is nice and offers a very beautiful sea view. The meals are very good. Special mention for the cocktails that we loved. The staff is very friendly.

- • Some areas of the hotel are aging and would benefit from a small renovation. A main restaurant is included with the all-inclusive reservation, but we only had the opportunity to try one other among the other dining options. The pool could be heated during the month of May.

- • Very poor staff service and overall very poorly run. The restaurants were all fully booked before we even arrived, and we overheard staff saying guests could only eat at the restaurant once during their stay. We ended up checking out early, but as our flight was later in the day, we still planned to spend time by the pool. When we asked if there was a room available to shower before leaving, we were told they were fully booked. We then planned to use the gym showers, only to be questioned about whether we had booked those too — who knew you had to book a shower after using the gym? There were golf buggies available to take guests around because the walk to the pool and beach is very far, but we could never get one, so there was a lot of unnecessary walking. On top of that, all the sun loungers were constantly taken. Overall, it felt like the hotel simply cannot manage the number of guests they allow to stay there. The facilities and service are not adequate for the amount of people checked in.

Beautiful resort. The resort is located right on the beach. The walk along the beach was so calming. Our room had a sea view and swim-up pool, the views were amazing. Slept with the window open as the ocean waves helped with a good night's sleep. The bed and pillows were the best I ever slept on, and I always would knock out fast. Amazing shower. The room was cleaned every day, which I was grateful for. The main buffet was great and had a lot of different options every day. Live music at night. The drinks were tasty and strong. The staff were amazing and kind all around and were always there to help.

Our stay at Ella Alkyna was absolutely incredible. Honestly, it was so good that we decided to extend our trip for one more day — we simply didn’t want to leave. From the very beginning everything felt special, but the biggest surprise was the room we received - the room was stunning and the view was simply unreal. Waking up there felt magical. The atmosphere of the hotel, the beautiful design, the attention to detail and the overall experience exceeded all expectations. Everything was elegant, relaxing and effortlessly luxurious. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We already miss this place and would come back in a heartbeat. 🤍

A fantastic all-inclusive stay with beautiful views!
The beach is lovely and the sea is amazing to swim in. The hotel is very modern and nicely decorated. The food was delicious both in the restaurant and the à la carte. Staff were generally very nice and hardworking.

- • The rooms are quite small with an odd layout with the bathroom sort of inside the room. Some of the service in the à la carte could have been improved and there were a lot of staff being trained which felt a bit silly (as they should have done this before opening).
