Arian Beach- what a treat!
This place is incredible. Myself and my two young daughters (9 & 11) travelled here for Easter. Travelling alone can be a bit nerve wrecking but I shouldn’t have worried. This place is perfect- from the amazing food- especially for 2 VERY fussy eaters, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the place is immaculately clean, there are plenty of beds around all of the pools, and my girls loved the water park here!! We stayed in room 1220 and had a great view- see pics, The evening entertainment is a bit of fun, and has been a great way to spend time with my children. Did I mention the beach right in the door? Loads of beds, so clean, showers all along to rinse off the sand. Oh, and my girls said to mention they loved the Mocktails- especially the Cinderella. We will be back!!

Great hotel for to rest and relax
The hotel and staff were great. Everyone was so friendly and the food was amazing. The kids (5/8) were really happy with kids club which is a big soft play room with crafting and games. The beach is clean and well looked after. Free sunbeds on the beach was a surprise as hotels normally have extra charges for these. The evening entertainment was great. Varied. The site was open but felt secure. The only downside was how cold the pools were.

Solidly mediocre, good for families with kids
It’s a solid 3.5-4 star property with super attentive staff, clean and fairly updated rooms and perfectly mediocre food. Unfortunately all fresh vegetables and fruits are tasteless and I suspect the quality of the ingredients is subpar.

Wrong allocation of my room
First of all the bar and restaurant staff are amazing, however the reservations team not so much. We was a party of 6 and we were allocated the wrong room, we were given the annexe which was a big downgrade for what we paid, the room was falsely advertised and does not look how it is in the picture and also it’s a distance from the main hotel, which separated me from my party. When we expressed that I was allocated the wrong room, I was told I would need to pay extra if I wanted a room in the main hotel (bearing in mind I have already paid the price of a sea view room) or swap with the member of my party which caused division and upset. Being that the hotel was liable for the wrong allocation of the room they refuse to take liability instead I was spoken to very rude and was shown unprofessionalism. I would never return to this hotel and the members of my party had said the same thing. The entertainment is boring after 5days there really isn’t much to do overall I had a bad experience and would return to Crete but not to this hotel. So if you are looking for the best experience all around especially if you have children please find a hotel that matches all your needs and wants.

Brilliant family holidays with impeccable service
We had an incredible family holiday with our 2 boys aged 7 and 10. I stayed at Ikos a few years ago and would say this hotel was much better for children. The food and service is next level and the beach and slides are brilliant. I was nervous about noise levels before arriving but you can't hear the road at all and the planes seem to stop during the night so we all slept brilliantly. I highly recommend Arina Beach.
