- • Little attention, I think because I made the reservation through Booking.com, the hotel did not take into account any of the previous communication and the service was not very personalized.
Exceptional, this may be my annual birthday celebration venue.
98% of the staff were amazing, Menzi and Carmen were the highlights! They made me feel at home. Oh, and the lovely lady from in-room dining, I didn't get your name (I'm so sorry), we talked as if we knew each other, that's why I didn't even get her name. She sang and danced as if it were her birthday... I laughed so much... I was truly overwhelmed by the amazing customer service I received.

- • The staff, to be honest! Menzi is the CEO of guest experiences, Carmen is the CEO of Breakfast service. Another person, the gentleman who kept the mimosas flowing on the last day at breakfast because I mentioned I am a nervous traveler - You rock, rock star. Once again, I didn't get your name because you all treated me like a family member, and hence names were never shared. Just solid South Africans happily serving others - true gems indeed. This is rare in SA. Take it from someone who eats out and dines out a lot!

Excellent stay in every sense.
Service, quality of food, excellent facilities and amenities. We were celebrating our 10th anniversary (we had spent our wedding night at the one and only) and the staff truly made it special.
