An exceptional stay with phenomenal staff and wonderful facilities
We had an amazing stay at One&Only Cape Town. The facilities were excellent, but what really stood out was the staff. Everyone was phenomenal, incredibly attentive, caring, and welcoming throughout our stay. The view of Table Mountain was exquisite, and the location is very safe and secure. The property itself has so much to offer, and I would actually recommend staying here when you have enough time to enjoy the hotel rather than spending most of the day out exploring. There are plenty of things to do and experience within the property itself, and I only wish we had stayed longer to enjoy more of it.

- • The only downside was the soundproofing in the room. We could hear quite a bit of noise from outside, which affected my sleep a little. Other than that, everything about our stay was wonderful.

1- Staff, 2- Room service, 3- Concierge service, 4- Room cleaning (very excellent), 5- The club, I don't know the names, there is a trainer and another trainer, I think. They were enough to explain the things available when I entered, so I used them and they were very helpful. The initiative spirit was great. 6- Having the Qibla, the Quran, and the bidet is a great idea and it comforted me a lot. I'm not flattering because I entered the hotel and didn't leave. I wanted comfort and found it inside the hotel, so I speak of what I saw.

- • Two minor issues - no tissues beside the bed or anywhere in the bedroom and the length of time for hot water. In a water-scarce location, having to run the tap or shower for quite some time before the water is hot is not good
Incredible days in a delightful hotel worthy of the city
Perfect location, close to everything. Amazing team, from check-in to valets. They spared no effort to please us and give us all the necessary tips. They provide a transfer to restaurants and the like. Great and well-equipped gym.

One of the best hotels in the world
Basically everything: it is well located, the hotel itself has outstanding restaurants, the breakfast, the service, the canal, the room, the spa with unlimited tea and almonds with chocolate and carrot cake. We would like to give a special thanks to Abdul, the host, which was very kind, funny, happy, etc.
