An exceptional stay with phenomenal staff and wonderful facilities
We had an amazing stay at One&Only Cape Town. The facilities were excellent, but what really stood out was the staff. Everyone was phenomenal, incredibly attentive, caring, and welcoming throughout our stay. The view of Table Mountain was exquisite, and the location is very safe and secure. The property itself has so much to offer, and I would actually recommend staying here when you have enough time to enjoy the hotel rather than spending most of the day out exploring. There are plenty of things to do and experience within the property itself, and I only wish we had stayed longer to enjoy more of it.

- • The only downside was the soundproofing in the room. We could hear quite a bit of noise from outside, which affected my sleep a little. Other than that, everything about our stay was wonderful.

1- Staff 2- Room service 3- Concierge service 4- Room cleaning (excellent) 5- The club, I don't know the names, there is a trainer and another trainer, I think. They were enough to explain the things available when I entered, so I used them and the initiative was great and they were helpful 6- The presence of the Qibla, the Quran, and the bidet, a great idea and it comforted me a lot. I am not flattering because I entered the hotel and did not leave. I wanted comfort and found it inside the hotel, so I speak of what I saw
