Hotel very centrally located close to everything, to the ADO Ferry, 5th Avenue. It has parking. Super clean, polite and helpful staff. Very good highly recommend

Excellent place to stay in Playa del Carmen
The room is spacious, has a wardrobe for clothes, minibar, fan, and air conditioning. The bathroom is large and well divided. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful. We couldn't use the pool as we did many tours, but the area is very pleasant. There was always parking available. The room was always clean. We stayed for a week and requested cleaning only three times. The hotel is close to everything. Far enough from the noise and hustle of the bars, but at the same time close. In 5 minutes you are on Fifth Avenue.
