The reception department had excellent service, they processed our membership and explained it to us, and we extended it directly through the membership. Thanks to the handsome young men Waseem, Sidad, and Mohamed Almasri, and at the spa, we had a massage and it was wonderful.

Highly recommend top quality service
I like the pools and the beach staff, they were very professional and friendly. The rooms and the hotel cleanliness were phenomenal 👌. Love the breakfast varieties and the AM/PM restaurant employees. One more credit goes to Mr. Rami Hussain, the front desk manager, we met at the check-out time, we talked, he was professional and sincere, I told him what bothered me, he acknowledged and promised to make it up next time for us.

- • I booked 2 rooms for my stay. As I mentioned, there was one thing I didn't like. When we arrived to check in the rooms, I was handed one key for one room and told to wait for my second room. The wait was longer than expected, I had to call a couple of times before being handed the second room. I preferred not to make a big deal out of the situation. I expected better attention to the matter from the management 😒.
The hotel is tidy, clean, and the service is excellent 🥰
