A very special anniversary ❤️
Our anniversary weekend at the Kempinski Aqaba was truly unforgettable. Fourteen years after our wedding night, the team went above and beyond to make us feel so special by giving us the very same room we stayed in on our wedding night. Walking into the suite and finding thoughtful gifts waiting for us — including beautiful photos from our wedding day 14 years ago — brought back the most amazing memories and touched us deeply. The Ladies in Red were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay, especially Saba, who made us feel genuinely cared for every step of the way. We were also lucky to be part of the opening of the new Italian beach hut, which was such a wonderful experience. Our waiter, Adrien, was exceptional — warm, professional, and truly outstanding at what he does. A very special thank you to Mr. Daniel, the General Manager, who truly did the impossible to make our weekend so memorable and meaningful. - • Very disappointing experience. The hotel is not clean at all – dirty floors in the rooms and a bathroom that does not work properly. The lobby is dusty, noisy, and completely disorganized. Guests are not treated with respect. Extremely expensive for such a low level of cleanliness and service. Definitely not worth the price.
