I really like the hotel's location. The Best Western Hotel is situated on the Atlantic beach, which sets it apart from other hotels and gives it a clean, welcoming atmosphere. The hotel places great value on its clients, and I truly appreciate that. The rooms at Best Western are very clean, and the compound is also well-maintained. The environment is beautiful and quiet, making it a perfect place for people who want to relax and reset their minds.

Best Western Plus Hotel review
The service was okay and everything else but the challenge l had most was problems with the wifi. The wifi connectivity was poor and if you would kindly work on improving the internet wifi connection then it would be great.But otherwise the rooms were clean neat and fresh the stuff were friendly as well l really enjoyed my stay Thank you ☺️

A wonderful experience
I had a very nice experience at the best western plus Accra hotel. Especially the front desk services particularly, Carota Naana who left her post to help treat bruises I had from slipping off the stairs. Also with the house keepers, they prepared meals by as early as 4:20 am to help we the Muslims observe our fasts. The cleaners too were top notch☺️ Thank you so much, best western plus hotel.

Great Stay, Poor Internet
I enjoyed most aspects of my stay at the hotel. The employees were welcoming and took great care of the visitors, and the service was excellent. The only issue I experienced was the internet connectivity, which could be improved.

My experience was positive, especially with the food it was enjoyable to try various types of dishes.
The WiFi in my room was unreliable, making it difficult to watch YouTube and browse the internet most of the time. However overall the service, food, cleanliness, and the hotel itself provided a great experience.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and prompt in providing assistance, particularly Naana Klokpah from the Front desk department. The food was of good quality, and the overall experience was positive. I would, however, recommend enhancing the reliability of the internet connection and addressing certain renovation needs to ensure the facility continues to maintain its high standards.
