Relaxed atmosphere
The hotel is located quite in the middle of the city, in what seems to be a back street off the main road. The atmosphere is quite relaxed and the service is quite good.

The location was good, but the room was too small for this price. There was no table to put things on. The sink was too small to put toothbrushes and cosmetics. The shower room was too narrow, with no shelf for soap or shampoo. There are many guesthouses where you can stay for half the price and have more space and better facilities. I will not use it again just because the location is good.

Hotel just as described! Clean room, good location, helpful staff! Breakfast could have better variety however would recommend this hotel!

My favorite place in Chiang Mai
I love this place. I always stay here when I am in Chiang Mai. It’s is a great location. Right next to many great restaurants and shopping areas. It has a pleasing esthetic and the staff is very helpful. A yummy breakfast is included in your stay and the WiFi worked well. I will be back again in the future.

Would recommend you just rock up and ask for a room rather than booking as the price was about $27 AUD different. We booked for one night for $67 then extended and paid about $40 for the second night. I guess that's the risk you run for not having a confirmation though.

Great location to go anywhere. I was able to spend my stay in Chiang Mai comfortably!

The location is good but narrow and awkward.
The location is very very good. It's right in front of Thapae Gate, but the room is very narrow and stuffy. I didn't see any bugs, but the room felt a bit uncomfortable as if it was connected to the outdoors. Although there is air conditioning, it doesn't seem to work well. There are many cleaner and more spacious accommodations in the Old Town at the same price, so I recommend going elsewhere.

Simple accommodation with very friendly staff. We received a free upgrade. Unfortunately, the bathroom smelled a bit like a drain.
