- • Room key system. Three-day stay and every day the system failed, and we had to get our keys reset. Come on management, get a grip and sort this out - investment required!!

- • The room was extremely small, and the breakfast wasn't that great either
Location (quiet streets and proximity to restaurants, attractions, and places of interest); professionalism of the staff (courtesy, availability, customer support); cleanliness, absence of noise inside the hotel, and a great breakfast.

Very good
Good breakfast and location. The kindness of the employee Ricardo was the differential. Very careful and attentive, even made a snack for us to take to eat at the airport, considering the flight was very early
