Europe Hotel Sofia

Close to city center and airport. Room was spacious.

I enjoyed my short stay in this spacious hotel number with a great view.

Class and luxury combined with warmth and comfort and comfort with added pleasure of a high respect for the client.

Luxury and tranquility, security and high respect for the client, perfect cleanliness and a classy restaurant with wonderful food, a starry Sky bar with a view from the seventh floor, in a commercial and entertainment area. The best!

Dirty hole

Probably the worst hotel I have stopped in. The restaurant staff were rude and very aggressive and obviously did not like British people. The hotel is very dirty, and it’s advertised as a Best Western Hotel which it is not. DO NOT STOP HERE, it’s a dirty dump.

There wasn't anything to like about this property. Asked for room change as looked out to a brick wall. Photos on Expedia website do not reflect the true appearance of the hotel or rooms. Extremely dated, needs total refurbishment. Pool area disgusting chairs cushions just thrown to one side, pool area never cleared up rubbish on floor was left there. Jacuzzi not working, to be honest due to the total uncleanliness of the hotel and surroundings I wouldn't have risked using it. If my husband could've come home earlier he would've done.

Very unwelcoming place

Well where to start, this place is run by a mafia wanna be family and don't take kind to any kind of tourist noise!!! Apparently they where looking at us on day one and choosing which one to fight first...nice!!! Location is inconvenient from center and not worth any kind of 4 star ....If I could stop one person staying here I would be happy so please avoid

Good hotel in Sofia

I traveled to Sofia for business and I stayed in this hotel. The experience was good: the hotel has a good location (close to bus stops), the room and the bathroom were clean, and service at the front desk was always helpful. If you go to the gym just take into account that some equipment need maintenance. Good place to stay in you are in Sofia.

Friendly staff clean room - Therefore 3.5 stars Breakfast very neglected. no bread, with 8 guests, 4 Maö must be reordered. Sunday only partially baked croissants. Next time another hotel.

I have booked this hotel before and been fully satisfied, which is why I have come back. This time, unfortunately, we got a room where the bathroom was rotten, and the drain constantly smelled of sewage (it was really bad)! The staff are as always friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet area just outside the center, taxi is cheap. Breakfast ok. Cozy with Skybar. We will probably come again, but we will not stay in this room again.

The hotel is close to most restaurants which is good. However, the hotel's breakfast was really bad and a small selection. Poor service except for a guy at the reception who was nice. The hotel room had mold on the wall, a foul smell in the bathroom drain, and a dirty balcony. Thick and shabby wall-to-wall carpet in the hotel room. The AC in the room didn't work the first day, but when we told them, they fixed it. The pool had murky water. There were cigarette butts scattered around the sun loungers. The rooftop terrace, however, was very inviting and freshly renovated. They really need to work on the service and cleanliness.
