We were very happy with our stay; it was a good value and we especially enjoyed the friendly staff.
We liked the location. It was very close (5-10 min walk) to the bus stop from which we could go anywhere we wanted. I absolutely love the public transportation in Sofia! We were also able to walk to many of the places we wanted to go. The room was pretty good. It was certainly big enough, and we liked that we had a balcony and a large bed. The bathroom and the bedroom could have been a little cleaner, but it wasn’t actually bad. I really liked the breakfast. I thought there was great variety, and the food was very good. All of the hotel staff were extremely pleasant, but a big shout out to Peppa in the breakfast room. She was absolutely amazing, and so very friendly with the customers. Peppa was my favorite part of my stay at this hotel :)

- • The hotel did have an “old” feel to it. It could use some updating. For the price, I was ok with this, though.

- • They are 4 Bulgarian stars, they do not even understand that the details are making all the difference. Cleaning relative. Shower 25 years old but at the end they changed at least the hose. The Black Sea is not clean, full of algae and jellyfish and in Bulgaria all the sewage goes into the sea and sometimes closes the beach. Only the Italian restaurant from the resort meets the standards as service and very good quality of the food at very reasonable prices. Other Restaurants have bad service and they are robbing you especially the Cactus restaurant.
Good value for money
Clean room, parking, balcony, friendly welcome, varied and hearty breakfast. Possibility to go to the center by bus (stop less than 5 minutes walk)
