wonderful stay and Hassan the organizer was fantastic.
the location in the medina was excellent and the place for the transport to drop us off was close...the hotel provided a porter to meet the car and took our baggage to the room

- • We booked with booking .com that said the room ( deluxe) had a patio...it did not........Restaurant Manager Hassan at bfast was wonderful - we organizing the staff.... - but on his day off the system fell into a bit of disorganization.

From the moment we arrived, we were amazed. The riad is simply iconic, decorated with exceptional taste and rare refinement. Every detail is thought of with elegance, in respect of the place's history. The calm that reigns there is soothing, the staff is remarkably discreet and kind, always attentive without ever being intrusive. We felt at home while experiencing something worthy of the grandest establishments. The restaurant is absolutely excellent, every meal was a true pleasure. Here, we find French luxury sublimated by savoir-faire, generosity, and Moroccan hospitality. It is an address where one feels privileged and deeply welcomed. Thank you to the entire team for these wonderful moments. We leave with hearts full of memories and one desire: to return

- • The only point that could be better explained concerns access to the riad. As the establishment is located in the heart of the medina, it is not accessible by car. We strongly advise future travelers to contact the hotel before their arrival to organize parking and baggage handling. Honestly, this is a detail that completely fades in view of the exceptional quality of the stay. Once the doors of the riad are crossed, everything becomes perfect

An incredible gem. Everything perfect and beyond expectations. Super professional and helpful staff, a historic structure of great charm, breakfast and restaurant in the patio beyond the best expectations. Perfect location to visit the medina of Fez.
