- • Increasingly deteriorated, one of the receptionists has a bad character, horrible treatment. I don't usually complain, but I must because it didn't make our stay pleasant. The hotel needs a good reform in every way.
I got a good room, the breakfast is very good.

- • One night my room lost power and the staff, when trying to give me a solution, treated me very badly and even insulted me. The room they gave me was not as good as the one I had.

- • Nothing to do with what was offered. A bedside table was missing. Bathroom with mold and partially clogged. Superficial cleaning. Not even a glass in the bathroom to leave toothbrushes or rinse teeth. No pool, supposedly under maintenance. Etc.

Spacious room for a hotel, and clean. Great location, just a minute from the beach, great personnel as well to help with everything. Really appreciated that they allow an early check-in without extra cost.

- • Room was looking old, with a smell of humidity. Had to open the window for some time to freshen the room.
Very good location, good service, good breakfast.
The location is excellent. The breakfast too. We stayed in 2 rooms, one was much newer or remodeled than the other. Everything was fine, according to what we expected.
